This will provide tourists with the option to visit Faro, this location.

Additionally, United will resume operations of a number of seasonal summer flights that have been quite popular, including a daily service from Newark to Reykjavik, Iceland, beginning on May 23.

Due to a thirty percent spike in spring reservations to Europe, the airline also stated that it would launch its summer schedule for 2024 two months earlier than originally planned.

The following dates will mark the beginning of Europe’s routes:

“The scope and scale of our network makes United the easy choice for transatlantic travel,” said Patrick Quayle, Senior Vice President of Global Network Planning and Alliances for United Airlines, in a statement. “Whether customers are looking to travel during peak season or shoulder season, visit the most popular tourism destinations or discover a hidden gem, United is the easy choice for transatlantic travel.”

United Airlines has said that, as a result of the new schedule and the resumption of some of the routes stated, they will be the airline that operates the most flights over the Atlantic Ocean of any other airline in the world.
